We are located in Mountainous Corinth FENEOS.
It is a mountainous area at the foot of ZIREIA and Chelmos there is a small plain where we grow legumes…
The legumes are very boiled and very tasty thanks to the fact that we do not use pesticides !!!
Also legumes should not be missing from our diet because they contain complex carbohydrates such as starch, fiber and B vitamins, iron, phosphorus, magnesium and zinc!

Mountains and mountains you have to go up and down to collect this strange but very tasty dish… As for the flower as difficult as it is to collect it so small it is so delicious…
Capers are an accompaniment to all our meals!
